Interior Design Trends - Las Vegas Market - Las Vegas Design Center - Winter 2020
Our first visit to the Las Vegas Design Center for the Winter Market 2020 was a blast! With hundreds of stores, there is something for everyone.
It was fun to discover exciting new design ideas in furniture, textiles, lighting and art for our clients! Here are some of the top trends that caught our eye:
1. Coastal Farmhouse - the beachy vibe and romantic rustic elegance of coastal farmhouse was seen at CODARUS, Mercana Furniture and Decor, Lily’s Living Inc., and throughout the Design Center.
2. Modern farmhouse - nothing beats the cozy comfort of modern farmhouse, displayed beautifully at Mercana Furniture and Decor. The design highlighted classic Americana, animals, landscapes, and floral printed artwork.
3. Sustainabale furniture - Rattan, wicker, and bamboo - Stylish Boho items with rattan, wicker, and bamboo were everywhere from lighting and lanterns to baskets and furniture. Check out these beautiful pieces with tropical vibes from A&B Home.
3. Beaded mirrors and chandeliers - Love these beautiful statement mirrors and chandeliers from Mercana Furniture and Decor, and Noir Trading, Inc.
6. Black, White, and Gold - Modern and classic, black and white with gold accents are timeless and elegant and always in style as seen in these vignettes from A&B Home.
7. Gemstones- Gemstones in the house! These were making appearances on all kinds of home decor, office decor, jewelry, and even kitchen items. Love, love, love this agate Lionel Cheese Board board from GO Home.
8. Animal decor and animal prints - How charming are these animal accents from A & B Home, Mercana, and Selamat Designs. My favorite is the bunny lamp (Forest Lamp) from the Morris & Co. X Selamat collection at Selamat Designs.
9. Natural, textural textiles - These gorgeous pillows and throws incorporate natural fibers and colors to create a cozy, warm and inviting aesthetic. Spotted these beautiful Magnolia Home throws and pillows at the Loloi showroom.
10. Chinoiserie - What is old is new again. I don’t think Chinoiserie has ever gone out of style and probably never will. The beautiful colors, designs, and nostalgia for traditional design keeps this look forever classic.
The Las Vegas Design Market was an amazing time, and we can’t wait to go back to scope out more exciting design looks for our clients!
